With over 7 years of experience in mental health, I founded Peace Psychology to provide a supportive and welcoming space for individuals seeking psychological care.

Inspired by the belief that everyone deserves greater peace and wellbeing, I offer compassionate, trauma-informed support to help clients navigate challenges, build resilience, and move forward with confidence. In May 2024, I completed EMDR Level 1 training, adding Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing to the evidence-based approaches I use to support clients working through trauma and distressing memories.
